The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS TO PURCHASE AND ACCEPT DELIVERY OF FIREWORKS.

Online Security

We offer secure online ordering via Protx to ensure your financial safety. The information you provide is held on our secure site and will not be disclosed to a third party. However, some customers will prefer to speak to a customer service representative, in which case please call our office on 01730 818222.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch.  Cheques are accepted with orders received by telephone or post.  Please make cheques payable to ‘Aquafayre’.  Please note,  orders will not be dispatched until cheque payment has cleared.

Delivery Charges

For UK mainland, delivery is free on orders over £75.00
On orders below this amount, the following charges will apply:

Goods under 1 kg  -  £3.50
Goods 1 kg – 3½ kg  -  £6.50
Goods 3½ kg – 30 kg  -  £7.95
Goods 30 kg – 50 kg  -  £13.95
Goods 50 kg – 100 kg  -  £24.95

Some  items eg heaters, automatic covers etc. may incur an additional carriage fee.  Please contact our office for details.

Delivery will usually be between one and seven days, but if for any reason stock is unavailable you will be notified by telephone, email or fax.

Deliveries to Scotland and Ireland may incur an extra charge, in this instance you will be notified by telephone or email.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Should we accidentally dispatch the wrong product, please notify us immediately so we can organise an exchange at no additional cost to you.
Should you wish to return items incorrectly ordered by yourself, the goods must be returned in good clean condition, in the original packaging for exchange or refund. Carriage will be charged on any exchanged items.  Any items returned for full refund, will incur a re-stocking charge of 20% unless the goods were delivered in a faulty condition.

Faulty inflatable items will only be exchanged if the fault is a manufacturing problem.

Bespoke items and special orders will be non-returnable and paid proforma.

Prices

All prices quoted are in sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice, due to possible increases in supplier prices.  Errors and omissions excepted.
